1. Service Scope & Estimates
Colton Water Heater Experts provides residential and light-commercial water heater diagnosis, repair, routine maintenance, and replacement services across Colton and surrounding San Bernardino County communities.
All estimates are provided in writing following an in-person diagnostic evaluation by a licensed technician. Estimates are valid for 30 calendar days from the date issued, subject to part availability and material cost stability.
2. California Plumbing Licensing & Code Compliance
All plumbing work is performed by partnering with fully licensed & insured local plumbing professionals. We maintain active contractor bonding and commercial general liability insurance.
Installations strictly follow California Title 24 Energy and Plumbing codes, which require seismic earthquake strapping, thermal expansion containment, and municipal building permit inspections.
3. Workmanship & Equipment Warranties
- Equipment Warranties: Water heater tanks and components carry manufacturer-backed warranties (typically 6, 10, or 12 years depending on the brand and model selected).
- Labor Warranty: Our installation craftsmanship is backed by our standard 1-year workmanship guarantee against installation defects.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Homeowners and property managers agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the water heater appliance, shutoff valves, and electrical/gas service panels. A minimum of 24 inches of clear workspace must be maintained around the unit.
5. Limitation of Liability
Colton Water Heater Experts shall not be held liable for pre-existing structural damage, hidden subfloor dry rot, or secondary water damage that occurred prior to our technician's arrival at the property.
